Professional Summary: Meghan joined NAI DESCO in 2021 as an Associate, where she supports the retail, industrial, and office teams by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the St. Louis metropolitan area. Before joining NAI DESCO, Meghan gained experience as a Capital Markets Intern at Transwestern in Atlanta. There, she conducted property valuations, performed ARGUS analyses, and created offering memorandums for the investment sales team. She earned her BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, home to the nation’s second-ranked real estate program. During her time at UGA, Meghan was a member of the Women’s Volleyball Team, earning All-SEC honors in 2019 and a place on the SEC Academic Honor Roll from 2016 to 2019.
